OKR vs KPI and OKR methodology: Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is a goal-setting framework that focuses on setting ambitious, qualitative goals and measuring progress towards those goals with specific, measurable Key Results. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), on the other hand, are specific metrics used to measure progress towards a specific goal or objective. While both OKRs and KPIs can be used together to track progress towards organizational goals, OKRs are more flexible and allow for more ambitious, qualitative goals to be set.
