BLANCO stands for excellent craftsmanship, first-class materials and unbeatable designs.

Blanco sinks are a leading choice for several designers, contractors, and homeowners. The company uses the highest quality stainless steel (18/10 chrome-nickel steel), which is exceptionally durable. The stainless steel material also ensures that their sinks are reliable and retain their aesthetics throughout the years.
Although the Blanco stainless steel sinks might work for you, you also have the option of their world-class silgranit sinks available in eight different colors. Blanco sinks stand out from other sink manufacturers because of their adequate attention to detail, customizability, innovation, and overall function.
The Blanco Performa Cascade sink is one of the most unique sinks in the Performa collection. Solid granite makes up 80% of the Blanco Performa Cascade Sink, offering rock-solid durability. With this solid material, you can use your sink for years without any issues.
Everyone knows that working in the kitchen can get messy. Blanco created the BL 440148 to match professional sinks to help reduce stains and make cleaning up after cooking more painless than ever. This under-mount sink is both beautiful and practical. Like most Blanco sinks, the BL 440148 is heat resistant up to 536 F, making it easier to wash scorching hot pots and pans after cooking.
Like all Blanco sinks, the design is beautiful, and you can get it in eight different colors. One great thing about the Anthracite sink is that it offers many of the benefits of larger Blanco sinks without taking up too much space in your kitchen. As a result, the Anthracite sink is perfect for those living in small apartments in the city.
Silgranit is a fascinating material and has quickly become one of the leading options for sink manufacturers. The mixture for silgranit contains 80% granite along with 20% acrylic and ceramic. Since silgranit sinks are non-porous, you never need to worry about them staining.
Natural hardstone sinks always need polishing where as silgranit looks fantastic all year round with minimal maintenance. With silgranit, all you need to do is a light rinse and scrub after each cleaning to get rid of debris.
If you want to get the best value for money, all the while making your kitchen look like something of a home design magazine, then Blanco is the go-to company. The only cost that might be high is installation. However, that can vary depending on where you live and who you hire.
One noteworthy aspect of Blanco sinks is that they are incredibly reliable, which is an essential feature when choosing the right kitchen sink. When you select Blanco, you never have to worry about clogging or other issues that come with different sink manufacturers.
There are very few negatives about Blanco sinks, however, there are some small issues that could occur. Most of the damages happen during shipping, so make sure to check for cracks before installing your sink. Be sure to check for other things such as stains; however, removing stains is easy and only requires an everyday cleaning solution.
Installing your Blanco sink is about as easy as any other sink type. The vast majority of Blanco sinks are either under-mount (sits under the counter) or drop-in (rests flat on the counter). When installing your Blanco sink, use a sink harness kit for additional support.
Have had a cafe brown blanco sink for one month. I set a hot pan on the large side of the sink. Not has left a ring. You can see where pan was lit down. Had read it takes 536 degrees of heat Very disappointed
We got 2 Blanco sinks, one big and one bar size. The lady I got them through (sink lady my contractor referred me to) told me to buy through her, not on-line because if you buy on-line, they could be from China. From looking under the sinks after having condensation dripping in the cabinet, I realize that the bar size sink is made in Germany and the big one is made in China. Is there any difference in the quality I found out the one is made in China when I called Blanco. They say it's \"made in China in a Blanco-controlled facility\"... (the CSR had to look at a piece of paper to be able to say that to me correctly...\")
I have products that are produced to European standards using German technology...in China. They outperform the \"Portugeuse\" produced products by several steps. My question becomes what is bothering you more, the \"made in China\" or that a metal sink that is chilled with ice will allow water to condense on it's surfaceAny metal bowl, cup, pot, etc that is excessively chilled (ice left in the sink) will have condensation on the outside. Metal is a conductor. It chills quickly (causing condensation) or it heats quickly (causing burns to exposed skin). This part is not new. Ice in a metal bowl will cause moisture from the air to settle on the surface. Enough water chills on the surface and it will \"drip\" (gravity and surface tension both \"work). That dripping is what is causing the damage. The fact that the metal was made in China should have no bearing on \"condensation\". Metal doesn't care where it is made. The laws of nature exist the same in Germany as they do in China. The sink is in, it is not poisoning you. It functions. It serves your purpose. I wouldn't pull it out just because of its point of manufacture. I would rip it out if it was doing something other than being a sink.
I am sure others do the same..I know different brands have at least two lines of products that are of different quality and the cheap one is always in China. You can only find out if you look at their details or call the maker to ask where they are made.
Sorry, but when I see the label made in China, I put the product back on the shelf...as for ISO, that for me is just some more paperwork. I've seen something on 20/20 where some well known companies had everything in place (management and representative from the 'mother' company in China) and in the end the actual representative hired a local and there wasn't any real verification of the product.
Finding out that the condensation issue is just a stainless steel sink with sound deadening pads issue... In my research of sinks, I never saw as a con \"sink can get condensation if you put ice in it, to the point of water dropping in your cabinet\"... Sounds like the sound deadening coating also helps with condensation, though I didn't ever see it until I google \"stainless steel sink condensation\"...
For the Blanco sinks, I thought they were all made in Germany, based on what the lady at the store said and from what I could see online. And their website doesn't say \"manufactured in...\", so I didn't know they manufactured anything in China... When I called them to ask about the sink, they said it's \"made in China in a Blanco-controlled facility\" and I know that can mean the inferior products enter the facility :( The sink is already installed, so we're going to live with...it's not just a rectangular, so not sure what I can do to switch it out, without taking out the quartz and having it recut and polished...
To me, this looks like a Blanco website saying that Blanco stainless sinks are only made in Germany... I do know that many things in China are of the same quality as made elsewhere, but I also know that sometimes inferior, and even dangerous, products are used. I was most upset that the woman lied to me. If I had known they were made in Germany and China, I would have probably researched that as well...
